Quick question guys, my friend has access to mill/boring machines as he is in the machinist trade. I was wondering what exactly a cylinder with wiseco piston part # 4419m08350, piston is 10.25:1 compression, bore size is .50mm over stock. All in good condition, low hour, no scrapes would do for my warrior? Is this bigger then stock bore/piston and would a I need to have my cylinder machined? What is the displacement of a bore like this? And is it worth the couple hundred bucks for the piston and machine work? (about $200 I can get it done threw my friend, the piston has low hours out of his parted out warrior as well.

anyone know the difference of a .50 over and 10:25:1 compression? What displacement is this?

displacement 352.5cc.... stock is 348

The cylinder would have to be bored to .020 over(american) or .50 over metric.

Stock compression ratio is 9.2:1.

It's going to make a little more torque than stock. But its not going to be some huge increase in power. Maybe a little bit of a diffrence.

o dang no wonder it was cheap lol., im thinking of either going for that big bore kit ive seen around and just throw this top end on for now, or just use this new setup and sell my warrior, I need some power although I think it is cheaper just to throw on that big bore kit for the warrior and do a few other mods, it would depend what |I got out of the warrior once sold. Around here and with the economy like it is, there are alot of quads for sale at really good prices. I need new suspension too on the warrior lol

I like that vote lol Im going to slap on that piston, finish up the exhaust (mid-pipe and header) and mabey a cam and the likes. Im for sure doing the suspension up though, as I am a heavier rider (200lbs) and the stock shocks dont cut it for me. I want to throw on a +2 wide arm kit as well lol to match the offset yfz wheels in the back thanks for the answers guys I'll put the build up with pictures on here once it starts ;p
