Hello, new to this forum, usually on the raptor forums (rappyhappy), nice to meet you all, here is my brain teaser. I have an 01 warrior, was wondering how could i get more travel out of the back end and if 700 front shocks and rear shock would fit on the warrior? Also I saw a widening kit for the warrior on ebay for a couple hundred bucks that uses the existing arms, but 660 shocks. anyone heard of or used this? thanks

I know Banshee and 01 raptor 660 shocks will work for the rear, It will ride better but I'm not sure if they increase travel. Banshee will work for the front also. I had custom upper mounts made for stock 450r front shocks but I cant go back to warrior shocks now. You can do the same for yfz shocks unless you get the shaft shortened to make them fit without modifying the frame. I do not know if the 700 shocks will work.

the widening kits for the stock A arms I don't think are very strong from the looks of them but, I did buy what he calls "a shock adapter kit" and its only the upper part of the kit that changes the shock placement. I used it with yfz shocks and it works very good. they list buy it now for $100 but every week or so he lets one go from $0.00 and I got mine shipped for $45.00

good luck

Were you talking about Diamond J Customs on ebay? It's listed as the Warrior Shock Conversion or Lowering Kit.
