i threw the car battery charger on the warrior today to juice it up and accidently left it on 12v boost and when i went to start it all i get is this clicking noise? its comeing from the starter relay? i checked the fuse and its still good? anybody know whats up? thanks!

sounds like you might have cooked the battery.. did you see any fluid on the ground by the fourwheeler? That would be all the battery acid. I would recomend filling it with some distiled water and trying it on 2 amp for a good couple hours. If that doesn't work then you'll have to find yourself a new battery.

battery is fine.. reading 12v tested on battery and where the starter relay both read 12v

So when you hit the starter what does the voltage on the battery go down to?
You have 12 volts on the other side of the relay when hitting the starter button?
Do you have 12 volts at the starter when hitting the starter button?

Quick question - why did you have the charger on the battery to begin with?

Also, the fact that the battery is reading 12 volts holds no relevance to if it's good or not. I test lead acid batteries at work every day, and i've seen batteries that were split clean down the side and completely drained of acid that still read 12 volts. You have to load test a battery to see if it's actually good.

UPDATE: when i tap the starter the quad turns over? just bad connection???
