Well I know deadlasts got his carb for sale

Bought myself a carb today, came with cables. Now I gotta figure out how to jet it & what I wanna do for an intake. I think I'm gonna try building my own instead of using the Raptor intake.

Like a custom air box? I made scoops for the side of mine.

There are a couple options you can go with.

Raptor intake manifold.
One from Duncan that bolts on to the stock warrior one.
Sudco sells another that bolts right on the head that is alum manifold to rubber hose.

I've run all 3 and raptor worked the best for my setup.

I'd like to make my own for the sake of making my own but I may try a Raptor boot just to get things rolling. My only concern is whether or not the Raptor boot inlet Will be willing to accept the larger carb. A stock Rappy is only a 36mm like the warrior & I'm stepping up 3mm, that's stretching that boot pretty good.

Yeah the intake manifold and port isn't much bigger then 36mm so you might have to do a little porting to get everything to match up.
The raptor intake and basically all others I listed I've found have a mounting hole diameter (ID) of around 42-43mm. I haven't looked up the specs for your carb yet but it will be interesting to see how big the front od of the carb is.
