not to insult you but are you putting it on the right way? theres actually an arrow on it because its angled a little so that the carb sits level. ive actually put them in upside down and that will rip them apart after one ride sometimes before i even get to ride.
as to getting one cnc'd this has actually been discussed on alot of forums and is a problem that is alot of machines not just warriors so if you look around im sure you'll find some info and im sure its been discussed here at some point.
since i have this problem alot too ill give you the short answer. No.
as dumb as it may sound theres actually a very good reason the intake boots are made the way they are. the rubber isolates the carb from not only the motors vibrations but the heat. if you had a billet alumimum peice made up it may not ever brake again but every time the engine gets hot the gas will boil in the carb which is bad. itll cause vapor lock, lean fuel mixtures, and it can actually break down the gas to the point that itll gum up a carb like cant imagine.
ive thought about making some sort of brace to support the carb off the frame so it cant move as much but i never actually did anything about it.
