So I finally finished my motor build and it runs really well. Its just really hard to start for some reason??? Heres the list of parts/mods


JE 12.1 Comp piston
Hot Rods Crank kit and rod
Hot rod Crank bearing
LA SLEEVE
All new gaskets top bottom side to side. hah
vavle job, seals.
Also did the clutch cover oil cooler mod. works great

Once its good and hot it runs really well

If you have hard starting issues, what did you do for your jetting and what fuel are you running?

The starter is also going to have to work harder to turn the motor over due to the higher compression, that will make starting more difficult and you'll go through starter brushes quicker than usual.
