jet ?

i just put my modquad setup w/ k&n filter on my 07 raptor and now it wont start, i was expecting to rejet so i bought a 40 and a 45 pilot and ive got the dyno jet kit for the main, however when i pulled the pilot out (stock) its a 22.5 what do i need to do?

i tried the 40 and turned the air screw 1 turn out and it still wont start

put your stock piloit jet back. you shouldn't need to change that and if you do 25 would most likely be the biggest you would need. the jet you need to change is your main jet. Stock size is 145, bump that up a size or two.

lol! i figured it out... gotta love yamaha and those high fuel reserve levels. went from a 130 main to a 132 put the 22.5 back in and turned the air screw out 1/4 turn runs great!
