So I have researched and tried pretty much everything I know

My idle is too rich with a 45 and too lean with a 42.5..
Im starting to think the 45 isnt the right jet. The 45 has holes down the side and the 42.5 just has 1 hole in the middle and the threads are different on the 45.
No matter how much I lean or richen the idle screw with the 42.5 it gets the 'hiccups' and wont stay running while idling.
No matter how lean I make the 45 it turns my plugs black VERY VERY fast.
Checked the boot, nothing is cracked.
Carb has been cleaned and recleaned, nothing is wrong with it that I can tell, it just idle's way too rich with the 45, and too lean to run with the 42.5
Main jet is a 140 btw, but idling is the main issue.
