jetting got me confused

you may need a richer pilot jet. try turning the mix screw in a half turn at a time
 
have you tried adjusting your needle at all? also a buddy of mine had the same issue with a raptor he had. i dont know what he did, but another buddy of mine figured out how to convert the jetting size to drill bit and used a drill press to make his own custom jets. i dont know if that will help you at all but i thought i would throw that out there.
 
one thing to keep in mind is that main jet sizes and "down low" shouldnt be used in the same sentance... i think by 145 and 147.5 you are referring to the main jet and that has nothing to do with your down low bog... if its bogging down lown it must have been bogging down low before the jet change.... like these guys said turn the screw out probably somewhere around 2 youll find a sweet spot
