So I am taking the Dial-A-Jet off and I am wondering what ill need to change

FmF Power bomb and FmF pipe Q4 I think.

K&N Air Filter

Air lid OFF

Dial a Jet was making it run funny so I am taking it off

Main jet is a 135

No you drill a hole in the air intakeboot on the intake side of the carb I sciliconed the hole shut on mine when I took mine off

Any help with the Jet? Utah Elevation is like ~4000 ft

Ok so My Pilot Jet was clogged, so I'm replacing it, When re-jetting do I up the size of the Pilot jet too??

If so how much with full exhaust and no air box lid- also still wondering about how many sizes to change my Main jet

Depends on what was done on the original install of the dial-a-jet. Generally, the instructions call for a much leaner main jet so your likely gonna need to go up 1-2 jet sizes. If it were originally jetted to sea level you might only need to go up 1 size. If it were jetted to 7k' then you might need to go up 3 sizes. If your bike is stock, then you might want to start with a main jet 1 size down from stock (someone else will have to provide the stock jet size, idk it).

You might also try putting the jet back in now that you cleaned it and see if it runs good now.

Right on the Jet it says "FACTORY 135"

and Im at Utah elevation

Yep, I agree. Buy both a 140 & 145. They're cheap and then you'll have a range of jets. Lots of info on this site on how to jet properly, so put them in one at a time and follow the sticky's and you'll be fine. 4-strokes are rather forgiving with the jetting so you don't have to be perfect. Being at 4k' you'll be leaner than stock but usually by only about 1 size.

It bwould alot easier to figure out what you may need after you. Remove the dial a jet and. Run the quad. Then check the plug and tell us how its running

Well I know it runs lean without the air lid- and thats with dial a jet set to Max rich

I would leave your pilot jet the same size because of your elevation. And you should need to replace it just clean it out. As for your main jet (which is the only one the dial a jet changes), that will take some testing but I think duneracerweston is close with the 145 (which is stock size main jet) and lean it out from there untill it's right
