I just got a new piston and rings and had it out for 2 minutes and bam it died.It cranks but wont start.Anyone got any ideas?

Is it getting spark? How did it run before it died? Maybe it's out of time?

I will start going through it.This thing is killin me.On a side note where is Hazel Green?

Cam snapped? Did the cam sprocket nob brake off? Wondering if you have any other issues. You check your timing after you did the rings?

Yeah the cam sprocket area. The timing was good everything seemed great. It was running like a dream them bam!I have done the same job befor on other quads and had no proublems. It could be the fact that i had it tore appart for like 6 months.I just dont know if i want to tear it down again. This is my riding time!

Just pull the cam, you don't have to take it all apart. Its sorta a simple fix. Hows your cam chain and tensioner? Weird that you broke the peg like that.

I pulled the cam already.other than the mounting area for the gear it seems fine.Ive never even heard of this happening to anyone befor!I cant find anything that might have caused it.Thats the strange part.
