Lean or Rich condition?

I'd pull the carb and double check the pilot jet and passages. I bet there is some junk in there.
 
Ok guys I got it fixed now.

Things I did to fix it just in case someone else has this problem.

1 Went from 145 main jet to 150 THIS DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING WITH MY PROBLEM
2 Raised the clip on my needle to the top position (or up 2 notches which drops the needle) leaned it out.
RAISING THE CLIP FIXED MY PROBLEM!
With the 150 main jet I am now to rich on the top end, I will try a 147.5 if it is still too rich I will put the 145 main jet back in.

Doesn’t make any sense to me why leaning it helped my problem since I went from a stock air filter and a stock muffler to a K&N air filter and a FMF Powercore IV muffler, but it did.
