Long crank time before firing?

Hey all,

Looking for some troubleshooting issue on this problem. I've never actually timed how long it takes to fire, but would estimate ~15 seconds of cranking.

I've cleaned the carb and put in new jets/gaskets and nothing has changed.

Once it gets started it runs fine.

sounds like your plug is fouled.. but check everything intake from the box to motor and check the boot. could have a small tear in it

boot seems like most consitant problem when bike is not running right
