Ive split cases before.... effin nightmare lol. Get ya a clymer book or the manual off here and it will have step by step how to take it all apart and put it back together. For some reason i thought the motor was already tore apart.

im not sure what the head needs or why he gave it to me, all i know is there's no valves in it

you mean the reduction gear frmo elec motor too the flywheel? that has a pin that runs between the cases and then the gear has bearings, and two circlips h olding it in place

If you make a tutorial with the pics that would be great for all of us that one day may need to split our cases and have never done it.
