Where would one get this clamp on filter and adaptor? I was thinking of fabricating something but didn't have any good ideas yet.

Haven't even pulled the carb yet but will. I wonder what a bigger main might do. I'll pull it and post.

You can always cut out the right side center of the lid to keep all the mounting screw and hold the filter in.

That's what I did on my 02

random but.I have 20-11-9s in the rear on my raptor and in specs it says 20-10-9 stock and I have stock rims.Does this make sense ? Or would that mean my rims are wider?

1" wider tires are fine on a stock 10" wide rim

The clamp ons are too much money for something I can do myself. I think I can cut out the snorkel and get two front mounting points.
