[quote:umg5lsyd]nawh, no dodge. lol ive heard they are really bad on gas...

The Mustang, on the other hand.............. ::)[/quote:umg5lsyd]

My V8 'stang gets 23+ MPG highway, so the V6 should be a lot better....

Deffinately go with the mustang. Thats just my opinion. The mustang is my favorite car.

I'd love to have a supra, one of my buddies had one with the suspension that's adjustable from a switch on the console for different types of driving, and it was a blast. The clutch started going out, and the ******* traded it on a ******* honda civic instead of just spending the money to get it fixed.

It's just rare to find anything like that in good condition around here, either they're beat up and niggered up, or they're selling for twice the KBB value.

thats a v6 tho they are tuuuurrrdss, mine as well get a taurus and throw a mustang symbol on it hah, i love mustangs too but the 6's are not worth it even tho its a stang

Did you ever drive one? I used to have one, and i've been driving my buddy's this week. A v6 stang is hardly a turd, for a heavy car with a v6 it hauls ass pretty good. The 3.8 is a torquey engine, the power delivery is just so different from most other cars that it doesnt feel as fast to someone accustomed to a 4 cylinder engine. The big v6s have power on tap even at low rpms and the delivery is smooth, where on a smaller engine you have to rev it to 25 billion rpms before it starts pulling hard, so it's vibrating and sounds like it's gonna come through the hood, which just makes smaller engines feel faster.

I guess that smooth power delivery isn't always a good thing though, mustangs are so big that you don't get much of a sensation of speed in them. Hell, I had no idea I was going 65 mph up a 25 mph speed limit hill until that corner came up over the top of the hill and it started fishtailing on me.

damn. well i know what you mean about not realizing how fast you are going. i have a 2001 silverado with a vortec 5.3L V8 (get er done!) and it will get up and go! i was coming back into town after working on the warrior and 300ex the other day and i got it up to 90 mph without realizing it! i dont have too much of a problem with the cornering though since it has a 3/4 drop, but it can still break loose from time to time and it can be scary. forget driving in the rain. gotta baby it like a granny then. lol. the stang might be nice, but are you going to just use it as a daily driver? i know my truck is a daily driver, but also hauls my quads and other stuff as well. i hate to see a stang with a v6 (just like a fullsize pickup with v6) but you do what you gotta do.
