Hey guys, I'm saving cash & picking up parts for my engine build. I've ordered my cam (in sig) & I'm gonna grab some good springs & I'd like to replace the cam gear with an adjustable unit.

My questions are these; I've found the Kibblewhite spring set on EBAY for right around $90~. Have any of you guys bought these from there & do you know if it's kit# 80-8000? 2nd question; Megacycle has their adjustable cam sprocket for like $66, part# 252-01 vernier adjustable cam sprocket. Have any of you guys used this? I'm sure it's a good sprocket, I'm just trying to get my ducks in a row.

As for the springs, I want to make sure that the kit on EBAY has the titanium retainers, I want the valvetrain as light as possible.

I have used the adjustable cam sprocket. It's very nice. I used it to get my cam timing back into spec after lowering the head down.
