its alive!!! got her all together last night and broke the cam in. took it for a little cruse around the neighborhood but nothing to hard on her just yet.

i went up one size on the pilot and 2 on the main and its still a little lean so ill get to that today but it felt much better

If you don't mine me asking, what technique did you use when you broke in the motor?

web's instructions said to not let it idle under 2k rpms for 15-20 minutes, so i just turned the idle up a bit whle i put the plastics on and buttoned it up

very disapointed in the cometic gaskets btw, was missing a couple seals and the orings were to thin

Okay. I was just curious. Everyone has a different way to break in a motor. I will put 3-4 fans around the motor, and let it idle for 5 minutes. Ten wait till it's stone cold, and repeat 4 times. Then I Ride it hard for 30 minutes straight. I rode it so hard that I had the stock head pipe glowing red throughout the whole turn. Lol

header wrap smells like burnt ass hair

Wait? how do you know what burnt ass hair smells like? :gayfight:

My cometic kit was complete and has held up great. The cam cover o-ring was to small, had to buy an oem one.

um.... well..er....

it was missing a valve seal, the tall oring that goes around the dowel (cyl to head), dowel oring (case to cyl.), and the cam oring. ALL OTHER orings were to small (thin) to use. so basicly i paid $68 bucks for a head gasket

Damn dude, you get ahold of them? I'd be pissed.

and who lights a fart bare assed?>:

It's gonna be fun if it works lol. Let me know how easy that is to install. BossNoss claims they have the easiest kit to install. But I'm curious how this one is since you can get them $500 cheaper than the BossNoss kit. Thanks
