Well here's some pics of the uncomplete motor, pity it has to go back to FST.

New valves and a cleaned up combustion chamber.

Nice port job

Those pics of the ported head, Mickey told me that the ported Warrior head flows as good as a YFZ head with 5 valves an all, you may not believe me but he said the flow bench doesn't lie, YFZ has two smaller ports to the Warriors one big one. So don't go believeing that an old 2 valve motor is junk.

Update guys, Its gonna be a few more as the motor has to go back to FST, after torquing the primary gear back on, the crank binds up and is not spinning freely, so somthing is not right, either the crank has a slight bend to it from the heat of moving the rod pin, or the webs are slightly too tight on the top. Either way this sucks, because the whole motor is almost assembled, so now I have to ship the whole motor, to make it easier for him to determine what is the problem.

Keep us posted on the "fix", as i'm sure you've heard the "stories" of Mickey's customer service. I'm just curious how he handles this.......

Whats the final cost of it? How many hours to put it back together too?
