motor pop in

when my warrior 1st starts up it seams to back fire in to the carb and it kinda coughs. i was thinking it was a valve what could it be any ideas?

Whats your carb boot look like? no cracks? got everything tightened back up?

check the rubber intake manifold really well, also check the o-ring on the carb. they get flat and i have gotten a bad seal from that. good luck!

ya i just put in a brand new manifold and just rebuilt the carb and cleaned it every things tight alright ill check the o ring when i take the carb off agen but the funny thing is it only dose it when it 1st starts after 30 mins its gone and wont do it agen. iv hade that manifold brake clean off when i was riding i know how that sounds haha.
