this is the shifter I bought they may have more.
as for the heal guars The bottoms are just bolted to the back of the foot pegs. there is no upper mount. There was a mount but I just cut it off because it didn't work on this bike and when I tried to bend one it snapped off, so I just decided it would work just as good without the mount and cut the other one off.

this is what the mount looked like before I cut it off, I think these could be made to fit as well,maybe even better.
