But i have seen where it says +2 +2 and wondered why they put the second +2 there

Never heard of +2 +2 on axle. On a-arms it would mean +2" wider and offset +2" forward meaning the ball joint mounts would move the spindle 2" further forward. Makes the wheel base 2" longer.

maybe you've seen +2- +4 which means adjustable from 2" added to 4

I took another look at it and it was +2 +4 for the axle. I want the front to be wider then the rear right?
