need help removing foor peg brackets

Im parting out this quad and it had some huge nerf bars on it. I cant figure out whats holding these brackets on. Anybody know?

look inside the pipe with a light probabaly a bolt in there

I did that already. Somethin in there but not a bolt.

thats about all it can be is tyhe peg still solid or is there play

Wonder if they welded ti fully to the peg bolt.

they are loose but wont pull away from the frame at all. They spin. I can see something in there but its not a bolt. I might run a sawzall in between. Cant see where it would be needed anyway. I mean it still has the locator pin and the 1 other mounting bolt.

That is where the other bolt is supposed to be. Could you get a pic inside

THANKS man. Dug in there with a screw driver and shined a light in there. They had an allen head on em and I just couldnt see it. I got em off now. Thanks again

I'm just curious how you got the brake pedal off with keeping the peg on...

I just took off the e clip on the back and it came off
