Need help with jetting

Hi everyone! Very new to quads etc. I have a 2005 Raptor 350 that kinda blew up so I had my friend install a +1mm piston "big bore" kit since the cylinder was scarred anyways. I also have a UNI filter on it and a Big Gun EVO exhaust. What jet sizes should I be running with it?

My kit only comes with a 140 main and 32 pilot. Should I just buy another kit?
