need help

i have an 88 warrior with a new 40 over namura piston new conecting rod fmf pipes k&n air filter with no airbox lid and it has a miss about mid range throttle and cuts out and wants to die at wide open throttle its running rich but i tried everything just rebuilt carb stock 145 main air screw set at 1 1/4 turns out it ( i say rich because the spark plug is gettin soaked wit gas)any help will be greatly appreciated

the plug is black with carbon crust starting to build up on it its only 2 days old

no i even took the choke out of carb to make sure nothing was sticking and reinstalled the needle jet is on i beleave clip setting 4 its one clip on lean side of stock setting 3
