both sides are the same, just that one side rubs for some reason. im gonna check it tomorrow again clean the pins and everything.

Maybe the caliper needs to be rebuilt, and that one is sticking. Had this happen on a blazer my uncle had, it would stick not letting it release and would drag and burnt the pads, rotor and caliper up.

I dunno because the pad sticks before even letting the caliper push the pads together. Like the side that doesn't push one of the pads rubs like the hub should go on further but it's all the way one.

Maybe something is bent

How did that side go back together? Easy, hard had to fight to get it back over the rotor? Does the pins it floats on slide easy allowing full movement of the caliper? Maybe the hose is in bad shape and clogged not allowing pressure to release back to the reservoir? Pads put on right in right direction?

Problem isn't with the piston side of the caliper - there's daylight showing on that side between pad and rotor in the video...

It slid on easily And I can rotate the hub freely with the 2 bolts holding the cLiper. It's just when I start to tighten the bolts is when the outer pad starts rubbing?

How much is it rubbing? Just barely or enough to make it hard to spin the tire.

Check you wheel bearings again. making sure they are all the way in...

It is hard to spin the tire thats how much and I check the bearings there a the way in as well as the wheel seals
