newww starter leakingg!!

I just replace my starter and it seem to be leaking from it but i made sure the seal was good everything tight anybody else had this problem??

Reallyy but wend i check my dipstick its like low like really close to the bottom line??

did you make sure the O-ring on the starter was good

Yeaa it was on there how many quarts do you put in yours??

well I run a oil cooler so 3 quarts but without a oil cooler stock amount is 2.64 quarts

I would pull the starter back off and check the O-ring and make sure there aren't any gouges or chunks in the rubber it only takes a little gouge to cause an oil leak

I take 3 quarts with an oil filter change. With out its about 2 3/4 quarts.

Hmmm okay so im putting the right amount of oil ima just take it off and c if the o ring mess up hopefully that fixes the problem thanks alot guys!!!
