Hi guys. I just picked up a Warrior with a no start issue and I am stuck as to what I should do.

It has spark, I made sure the timing was on and checked / adjusted the valve lash within spec. Compression is about 114 and leakdown was about 16%. I know those aren't the greatest numbers but I didn't think it was that bad to cause a no start. When I did the leakdown I am pretty sure the air was coming out of the intake ports (carb was off but header was not). Previous owner did a compression test at 140 apparently witha bit of oil down the plug hole (that seemed a little high to me). I am guessing intake valves and possibly rings?

To throw another curve ball, genius somehow had silicone or a squashed o ring inside the pilot jet. I picked out what I could, stripped and soaked the carb over night and I believe I got everything out of that circuit / passages but obviously can't be sure. Compressed air blew through the pilot jet and mixture screw passages 10x better than before but who knows right.

Should I find a used carb and try that out or just assume its bogus intake valves and pull the motor aparts?

There is no valve cover on the warrior, right? Is everything done internally after removing the cam gear?

Leak down tests aren't really nessisary for 4 strokes.
There are 2 valve covers, one on each side of the top of the head. Check that the tolerances are correct. Should be .06-.10 on both sides
It should start with that compression so your issue is fuel delivery. So carberation or fuel petcock issues

Like I said, the tolerances are spot on. Leakdowns are a little more accurate for telling where the issue is (intake valves, exhaust valves, rings) than a standard compression test.

I haven't downloaded a manual to look yet but is there a valve cover over the head on these engines or is it done internally through the cam gear hole?
