So on my 09 raptor 350 I have a je 12:1 piston, stage 1 hotcam,kibblewhite vaules and spring kit ,h&n filter with no lid,dynatek cdi box ,full yoshimura exushat, im running a 25 pilot and a 150 main, also running 112 race fuel. My problem is when riding it , it wont rev on top end, misfiring alot. Ive went up and down on the jets but nothing seems to work, do anyone think it could be the dynatek cdi thats making it run like this?? Should I reinstall the stock cdi box???

yeah plug the stock one in and see if it fixes it, then if it runs good you what what is wrong and if it still doesn't run good you ruled out the cdi as the problem

down if its not reving at WOT bujt if u ease it up and it will srevv just not at WOT ur to rich but if it won't rev eather way ur jetted way way lean

So what jets should I run I tryed 150~160 and didnt make a diffence

Dose it sputter or back fire? And dose it blow a flame out the exhaust when it dose it?

It sputter and feels like it running against the rev limiter

[FONT=Arial,Bold][FONT=Arial,Bold]here is stock jets and the next ones up for your raptor 350. If it is a jetting issue this should help. If when you run it at WOT and it feels like you hit a rev. limiter you most likely have too big of main jet[/FONT][/FONT]​

Also just thought of this... What grade of fuel are you running? If you have a 12 to 1 piston you need to run atleast 100 octane fuel

Im running 112 race fuel ive tryed main jets from 150 ~160 and still nothing

I was at the dunes in april and I decided to run 110 and it made my bike run a full jet size lean so mayget its just running extreamly lean will it run any better with the choke on?

Depending on your elevation you can run 93 pump gas with a 12-1 try that wit your jetting now just put enough in it to run it wot or to see if it still dose it

Thanks guy for all yalls help but I got sick of jack with the stock carb and since I have all these other modds I should have got a new carb long time ago, so I went to my local dealer a brounght a new carb from a yfz 450 I had to have a boot custom made and will post some feed back next week

How big is the carb? What it cost? Are they going to figure out the jetting for you? Let us know how it works. Why a 450 carb and not an aftermarket one?
