Have you used a test light on the wires going into the coil? Have you tested the ohms on the stator? Have you taken your kill switch apart to make sure the red slide button is making a good contact? Have you tried taking a pick or small screw driver and making sure the female terminals in the ignition switch plug are all pinching tight around the make ends?

I know none of these tricks bud thats why im here lol
how many ohms should i get on the stator

On the 3 white wires coming out of the stator, they should all have 0.7~0.8 ohms resistance in all three combinations. That means imagine numbering each white wire either 1, 2, or 3. Check 1 to 2, 1 to 3 and 2 to 3. Also, check any one of the white wires to the laminated iron core of the stator. ANY continuity to ground indicates the stator has had an insulation breakdown and will have to be replaced.

To test the Source coil (for the ignition) connect your pocket tester from the white/green wire to the red wire. Resistance should be 270~330 ohms resistance.

To test the pickup coil, connect your tester from the blue to the yellow wire. Resistance should be 171~209 ohms resistance.

^^^^^^ The #'s dont lie any bit to high or to low will make a differnce, My pickup coil was alittle off I replaced cam chain, guides, valves, cdi just to haft to replace the stator and pickup coil anyway !!!!!!

Could it be the starter relay ?

when i turn the key on, i have 12.45 volts at the battery, and i have this at the stator, on the otherside if the stator i only get 2.7 ohms, is this correct? Thanks

If u have a manual check the chart for ur year model there are some differences over the years but i think thats to high

I think thats high...I set my meter on 200 oms It was 1.4-1.5 do u have a manual ??

no manual i think the selonid is bad but that still dont solve spark i jusrt ordered one off ebay and just check staor thats good, printing a wireing diagram and going back out now..

Source coil i got 293 stator was all 0.7 ohms my pickup coil i could get no reading does this mean its bad?

I got a rm stator off ebay for around 60 bucks comes with a warranty and there really good with there warrantys.. Its the whole thing stator, pickup, and source coil.. Maybe 20 or 30 bucks more than the pickup coil alone but the piece of mind of having all new parts under that cover was worth it to me..

I really agree, I actually saw a kit for 90 shipped that was stator, pickup coil,selonid,starter,coil.. i was thinking about it.

UGH well new selonid came today still nothing, Still turns over when bypass, HOW DO I TEST THE START BUTTON AND KILL SWITCH ITSELF???

take it apart and clean it all. otherwise its a pain but it sounds like you got a stator or relay or cdi or bad connection to me.

Also like i said earlier in my switch about 3 inchs out of the switch 3 wires go into one, is this normal? I have peeled off the black wire wrap to see this.... Any know how on how to test kill switch and start button???? Any help is mega apriciated.
