are you screwing the jets out of the carb body when you clean them or are you leaving them in? it's be a good idea to take the jets out and then take all the rubber and plastic off the carb body and then soak it and the jets in finger nail polish remover (make sure it's got acetone in it though) and then blow all the holes out with compressed air and put it all back together (thats how i clean em thats been sitting for awhile or that carb cleaner wont clean) it eats all the dirt, grease and anything else out of the lil holes and makes em run really good.
Jareddd96, the carb mod tyler mentioned won't apply to you. It's only for the Warrior's stock
BSM carb, the CV carb on your Raptor is completely different, there isn't an accelerator pump on it at all.
I second removing the jets completely to clean them, that's about the only way you can be sure they're clean and unobstructed.
but make sure you get all the rubber diaphragms and such out cause they soak up the acetone and wont fit the hole untill it drys out like 4 hours later lol
