Question about a cam

Hey guys a friend of mine gave me a cam for a 350 and he says that its not stock. The only stampings that I can find on it is 1UY. Was just wondering if these numbers mean anything about the cam.

Means it's a stock cam. Usually cam grinders grind off the Yamaha casting mark and restamp it identifing what it is when it's reground. Sorry dude sounds like a stock cam to me.

+1 to what dave said. Both the cam manufactures/regrinders will grind off the stock casting numbers and put there own numbers on.
