So....i took my carb apart today for the first time in like months which was the last time the warrior ran and the plastic rod that pushes on the accel pump rod broke...the bolt, so thats the last straw im gonna replace the carb, the rubber boot on the accel pump rod is torn really bad and the head of the pilot jet is fcked up and wont come out anyways, all in all the carb has been a pain in the va jay jay, i need to replace it but i realllllllly do not wanna spend alot on this theres a good chance im gonna sell it and get back into dirtbikes and find me a 86 or 87 cr250, so i just need some input on what i should do...should i just get a used warrior carb, rappy 350 carb, z400 carb,or?? thanks

those sound good but dont sell the warrior :(

lol i kinda dont want to ive had it for years but its just so outdated and slow even with the mods, i would miss it if i sold it but ill make my decision after i get it running again...not sure what to do with the carb, whether or not theres some decent aftermarket carbs to use or a carb off another bike that wont be pricey or a hassle.

Technically you can out nay carb n the thing. You just need to make it work, that the hard part. Id say look for a Kehlin carb or round side carb. The stock size is 36mm. I wouldn't suggest you go with another stocker, there nothing but problems, but if you find a cheap one, go for it.

Nice having you back man!

yea im not sure what route i wanna take...i honestly hate the warrior stock carbs lol, but i guess im going to have to just get one anyways i got the jet kit and a bunch of spare parts for them anyways and i dont wanna sink alot of money and time trying to dial it in, yea ive been away for awhile ive actually been using this site for years i had to make a new account though.

yet you choose atvconnection over us tisk tisk

ive been using this site since 2007, which was before i used atvconnection... i had to make a new account, and i go onto atvconnection to help out newbs, its many different bikes on there as where here its just yfm350s, and most people on here know what there doing.

Its a good conversion. Can't go wrong with a Kehin carb. 2000warrior350 is doing the same conversion as we speak.
