everytime that i go riding with my dad, the first thing he says is, "let me go get the powerwasher." i never use it. a hose works just as good and you dont have to worry about any seals etc. no matter what you use, you still are gonna have to take a sponge, brush or whatever to it.
 
I use a pressure washer for my swingarm and motor, but i grease everything up after every ride so it doesnt matter if i spray all the grease out of it.
