what is different in the raptor motor than the warrior motor that the raptor got like 8 more horsepower

it got 4 more but the differences are in the headpipe, carb/intake and camshaft. HOWEVER, I'm yet to see that the camshaft profile is different, they changed the timing gear setup and stuff on the Rappy 350.

The only change on the cam is the bearing races are different and they have more duration on the lobes
