I've got a loud rattling noise when I'm riding, any idea? Also, Not sure if its normal, but it's getting really hot,I can feel the heat through my trousers, I mean hot like its going to overheat. It is very hot here in the uk at the mo, so maybe that's the prob, as it's air cooled?

rattling noise could be SO many things, we need more info to help yah out. (location, engine noise, suspension noise, ect.)

YES, these quads run really hot, espesh if its hot out. Look to installing an oil cooler, it will help.

Thanks I will try an oil cooler. Like u said it can be so many things, it's an engine noise. All power is still there, I'm just paranoid of the noise, and was just seeing if it was something obvious or common.

Jetting, it could be too lean causing excessive heat. Oil coolers are a must, you should have one anyway. As for noises, you'll have to get specific.
