Rebuild of my Raptor 350

looks like grease or maybe anti-seize.

Im afraid it might be leaking a tad inside the bolt hole where the case splits. I might put some rtv in the bolt hole when I put it back together.

Not sure if this could be causing it but I found a little nick inside.

Started cleaning the motor also.

Old grease is what it looks like to me. Engine looks good!

No I used super clean and water and scrubbed it with a tooth brush to get a lot of the dirt off then I used a dremel with a small wire brush and got a lot of it cleaned with that.

I want to get some billet gytr parts can I get them from the dealer?

I dont think you can get them from the dealer but you can get them.

Should be able to get them from the dealer,GYTR is Yamaha's brand.

Yeah, you should be able to. Be ready to pay a pretty penny, I personally think its all very overpriced.

Their billet throttle cover and brake cover seem to be a decent price. Who else makes a nice stator cover for the 350?

I got the GYTR side cover only because there the only one that makes em.

Yeah I might get that then polish some of the clutch cover. Trying to get the bike to look close to new again.

just throw some nice black paint on the side and clutch cover that would look really good. i think rock makes nice throttle covers idk check dennis kirk
