reverse problem

so on my 09 350 my reverse is acting up. when i go to put it in revere it wont go, so i turned it off and it went into reverse easy.why can i not get it into reverse only when its off??? also im looking to buy a new carb??? can you guys give me some advise. please

Reverse on these quads, the clutch has to be FULLY engaged.

Wanna upgrade or mod and rebuild a stock carb?
