ridiculously loud clacking noise from top end

used a 49mm Kahien carb off a 99..700 polaris snowmobile I had boosted .It has a power jet at 3/4 opening otherwise a stock carb oh with a balance tube on the slide cap .Ran av gas mix at 50/50 no cooler and blow through jetting was fat and it dident last a day ..
