a guy wanting to trade for my banshee sais his warrior is fine other that running lean in high rpm's? why might this be? is it an easy fix?:argh:

now he said it was an eldelbrok carb which has needle instead of jets and he didnt have the needle and didnt know which one to buy... is there somthing on the carb that will tell me what needle to buy?

but has only ran for about 2 hours without one... idleing and riding around the yard.... i assume trying to regulate carb?

Running with no airfilter is a bad idea and will lean the mixture out big time. Hes doing more harm than good to it. DOnt trade.

Why would you trade a Bansh for a Warrior anyway? Not tryin to flame or jack the thread but I'd keep the Bansh. The Warrior needs a filter on it to even get started with proper jetting. Beyond that we have no idea what the other mods are. Beyond, beyond that, I'm really not certain that I'd trust anything from someone that doesn't even have enough sense to know how important an air filter is to an engine much less it's tuning. Just calling it like I see it man.

lol if i liked the shee that would be all fine and ding good but i dont like it... good ol fourtakt is for me... unfortunately... id sell it to all my yfm buddies that frequent this site for cheaper? and everything is supposed to be mostly stock on the warrior except for the carb and whatnot and it has brand new rims and nerfs... my banshee aint the cream of the crop neither tho

ive rode four strokes all my life and in order to be in any power on the shee is feels like im blowing it up cause im almost wide open

They're 2 stroke, that's what they do. Get em jetted right & they stay together fairly decent. They are hard to trail ride though, especially with that light switch powerband. They can be Modded to be more manageable but but you'll never completely tame the beasts nature. I however rather enjoy the savage, Lol!!! I love smokers!

it is in the atvs for sale forum under my shee up for sale or somthing like that... i live in kanawha co about right in middle of wv... close to charelston... u know wher im talking a bout? east bank wv
