So my Yuasa battery dumped on me after less than 3 years, bought new in 4/08 for like 100 bucks...removed in winter and brought in the house too

My bike sits way more than it should so I'm wondering if anyone has used the sealed battery that fits Warriors.

Maybe nearly 3 years ain't that bad out of an oe batt some of the cheapies I've used don't make half that.

I'm thinking the serviceable battery may be better as I could add water as needed but the yuasa sealed batts are supposed to be maintenance free.

There's a battery tender on the bike but I quit using it lately...

Thoughts anyone?

Well the sealed batts is what alot of manufactures are going to. The non sealed are a little cheaper and do have to be taken care of water checked often. I myself would rather have a sealed batt, don't have to worry about, but the draw of the sealed batts are if the vent gets blocked they blow up, over heat, and when they start going bad they swell up. But anymore these days a batt is a batt just depends what you want to spend on it. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for.
