Serial number help

So I found the serial number. And I input it in the website but no info comes up, im pretty sure it's a 1997 but that's all. If anyone has another way to get info please let me know the vin is

JY43GDAOXVA187701

And is there any way to get a title, I'm sure it's been bought and sold 20 times. But just asking. Thank you all

13th number means year. In PA this is how we get titles. Bill or sale notorized at notary, then send that copy into the state, DCNR with application for title. ALways have the state run the vin number before buying in case its hot...if hot get ready to have a 3rd degree fellony...i know all about it!

I title all my machines now for the $27.50 it costs me why not...cheaper then a Fellony..........alot cheaper.
