When I feel real fruity I use spray detailer-I think its a wax.I allways feel like a pansy after that ::)

caranuba wax for me. but there is alot you can use.. dw-40 works great for shiny plastics in your pics.. but once you go and ride it dust sticks to it really easy....

I actually use the same spray on wax I use on my boat for real quick clean ups. Comes out pretty good and doesn't take very long. It is made by meguiars. It says for plastic and fiberglass. Yellow bottle and has a boat on the picture.

armor all if i have nothing better to do

i wash it verry good...then use armor all

i clean the rims with this nasty looking **** tht works really good, its called nevr dull

and then i do it again with the blue metal polish

I haven't found anything yet that looks good, and doesn't attract dust and dirt.

Wanna know what's a pain in the ass? Getting rust spots off of white plastic! My fenders were muddy, and there were steel shavings all over my fenders from when I did the throttle mod for the edelbrock. The fenders got rained on a few times, and it was probably about a month later that I finally had warm enough weather to wash it. As i'm hosing off the mud I notice little brown specs EVERYWHERE. That sucked :(

Magic Eraser?

Mr Clean Magic Eraser. It looks like a foam block, but it's some special abrasive material that removes the dirt that gets ground into the plastic. You don't notice it much on colored fenders, but you had white fenders for a while, so i'm sure you noticed how dirt gets rubbed in where your legs brush against the fenders, and doesn't come off when you wash it. So far the only thing that worked for me was the magic eraser, or brillo pads.

Novus Plastic polish is the best thing I have ever used. Its one of those things you do every 3 or 4 months though. It wont take out deep scracthes but it will take out the smaller ones. And it will make everything shiny. Since your actually polihing the plastic it lasts and doesn't attract dust.

I use spray in shine on mine...it's a wax made for 4-wheller's u just spray it on the plastic them wep it in..in let in dry for bout 4-5 min's them wep it off...work good...

Oops!
I know what it is... I was asking if that was what you used to get rid of the rust spots.

Nope, the only thing that worked for the rust was steel wool and some fine sandpaper. You'd think it would make the plastic dull, but this thing wasn't even kept under a roof before i bought it, so there wasn't any shiny parts left to make dull.
