You can purchase NOVUS at any plastics store, never have seen it anywhere else. Just find a local store that specializes in plexiglass. Who better than plastic guys to tell you whats best to make plastics shiny.

i use tire foam from the dollar store 1.50 a can , it gets all the dirt out of the scratches in the plastic and makes it shiny...of course you have to wash it, let it air dry, then spray the hell out of it with the tire foam and let it sit (about 20 minutes in shade).....then wipe down with soft cloth

I dont see why you guys spend so much time cleaning and polishing your plastics if there just gonna get dirty eveytime you ride. I just hose mine off after i ride, i dont care how shiny the plastics are but thats just my opinion.
