Just got my warrior a few days ago....hadn't got to ride it much, was riding last night n noticed everyonce in a while it woild shoot a blue flame out the tail pipe...not constantley but sometimes...its not backfiring wicked loud but just popping a bit when doing so.... mods are, white brothers pipe and drop in filter, stock airbox...as far as i kno thats it...stock carb has a 145 main, stock pilot n stock needle, unsure of it position but it irrelevant in this situation...runs fine dont bog on bottom mid or top.....just wanted to kno if my main is off slightly causing this or if its semi normal....I did use the search function, and came up with nothing.....thanks in advance guys...

Thanks.....thought maybe it was slightly lean but am not 100% sure what to look for yet with 4 strokes yet...Plug chop tell you anything like it does on a 2 smoker???

Both of my bikes will shoot flames... Nothing wrong with it IMO

on a carb motor blue flames means lean pilot jet the main can only be checked by a/f gauge or plug chop so you need to bump the pilot and you should be good

ya a fi motor when its running healthy can breath fire when you let off because of a time lag between the tps and fuel injector and dump excess fuel into the system but the 350 motor shouldn't breath fire at all

Yeah, my 700 does it ALL the time. 350 only did it with a straight pipe...

hmm...thought of maybe a spark arrestor? Or just wait till a field catches fire, bty guess who is responible if that happens
