slowly polishing my clutch cover

will all those scratches eventually buff out? or will it have the brushed aluminum look?

i was just testing ... some of the stuff on this cover wont come out but i havnt even hit it with 1000 girt yet

If I use stripper and the aluminum is nice underneath would I still need to sand or could I just skip and polish her

what's the reason your sanding? trying to get all the imperfections out ? to get a mirror finish

Any of the above bones, I Prolly wouldn't be really bothered by the valve cover b/c ya can't see em.. I vote Cam cover, lol! I think it would be cool to get the lil plastic cover on the stator side chromed too.
