Slug issues.

Stock main jet is usually a 145

I'm having him pick up an assortment of jets today.

I didn't get the jets in yet, but I noticed today bwhen tinkering that the exhaust does more sucking than blowing. shouldn't the valves be closed to prevent that? Jump time?

sounds like you got a stuck or bent value ... anyways there is something wrong in head or timing ... i would say its time to get the tools and take it apart ... if you have a bent or stuck value your most likely going to find piston damage of some type and/or head damage

Not always mine bent both valves and the piston had one little Mark on it

No real need for an assortment yet. Just put one that you know is too small in (ie. stock) and see if it's still "rich".
That is, if a compression check turns out ok first.

Well A friend of mine just so happened to bring his bore scope home from work, so for fun I think we are going in to see what we can see. As for the jets that was what I was thinking, goin with a lfor sure lean and see.
