I have a 99 warrior I've changed the seals ,valves, valve guides, seals and rings but it still smokes like hell .someone help please

that is just moisture off of the fuel and air. she will prolly smoke like that upon startup this time of year anyways

Not saying your wrong but it smokes the whole time not just on start up and it is thick white smoke.if you put your hand over the pipe you still get oil residue

Not 100 percent sure but it looks n smells like oil. So white smoke isn't oil blow by somewhere

Was this thing smoking excessively before you did the top end? If it was, there could be oil residue in the exhuast, and it is burning off.

Yea it smoked before I did the top end .I rode it a while afterwords and it didn't get any better

Yeah but did you run a cylinder hone throught it to put new crosshatch in it? If you didn't do that, the rings aren't going to seat properly.

When one hen sits on another hens eggs. lol. It's the x pattern on the cylinder wall that seats the rings and stops the oil from reaching the combustion chamber.
