Well every since I sunk my warrior in that creek I have wanted to put a snorkel kit on it. I have already started working on it, hopefully I will be done with it by the end of the day. I will post pictures of it by the end of the day hopefully and list the parts needed to do it.

I can't wait to see this. Will it include a double-headed dildo to increase riding pleasure? Sorry man, couldn't help myself. Don't worry, i'll change it once everybody's done having fun with it.

a double headed dildo? DAMN! i think i set you the wrong calander yesterday! ;D and i've already erased your number, you twisted freak!!!!

HAHA NO! I think ill leave the double headed dildo on your warrior yamarider. because your girl told me you really like it!

Well its a work in progress. So here is what I have done so far.

wheres the kitchen sink? are you putting a snorkel on the exhaust too?

I think running that crankcase breather into the snorkel could cause some problems for ya, you might want to just extend that hose and run it alongside the snorkel up to the top. The big problem I see with it is that you're going to have a lot of airflow restriction with that little 1" snorkel pipe, which is going to create a bunch of vacuum in that part of the intake. That's bad, you want the crankcase vented to atmospheric pressure or your engine is actually going to be sucking a bunch of air (and likely a bunch of oil) out of your crankcase and through your intake. It would be a pretty simple fix, just wanted to bring that to your attention now before you start running into problems later with your oil disappearing and it smoking like a mofo. Just put a nipple-nipple hose adapter on there and extend the breather alongside the snorkel, and put a crankcase breather filter on the end of it, problem solved.

You do realize that thing is going to be ridiculously restrictive, right? I bet that thing drops 5 hp or more off the top. If I was going to do a snorkel setup on a warrior, personally I would have kept the stock airbox, sealed the lid, and drilled a hole in the underside of the box for the snorkel pipe. That might allow enough room to run 2" pipe all the way which is a lot less restrictive, keeping the airbox would also eliminate the need for a filter at the top of the pipe, and you can even take the airbox lid off when you're not going to be getting wet so you can get your power back.

Ya thats what some one told me, but I said how would that cause the electronics to mess up because how is it different from washing it?

When you wash it you don't dunk the whole quad in 3 feet of water, do you? Riding it through water fully soaks it and gets water in places that would never happen just from spraying it down with a hose or even a pressure washer. If you're having electrical problems and you ride in water, there's a good chance that it's related. Most electrical problems with quads are caused by water in one way or another. Water will work it's way into all kinds of places it shouldn't be, places that it won't dry out completely for a long time. I've worked on quads that sat in the garage for months and still had water in the wiring harness loom and in electrical connectors. Once it gets in places it shouldn't it causes all kinds of havoc, corroding parts, shorting things out, and working it's way into otherwise sealed components like the CDI.

water is horrible for sport quads, especially the parts that need grease. water allows dirt and grime in and will eventually ruin bearings and other important parts. when i was young, i used to ride my 1st warrior through river beds and creeks all the time, sometimes even riding down the creeks. once the bearings in the carrier locked up so bad it wouldnt move, i learned my lesson. i wound up having to drag my warrior about 1/2 mile back to my parents vacation house by myself. now i try to avoid deep water at all costs. you could also wind up sucking water and hydro-locking the engine

YO jersey is that pic from the snow we just got? I heard you guys got it worse then we did. My boy in Mt. Laurel couldnt even get around
