I still have my back fire issue. Ive had two suggestions relating to the stator/pickup coil maybe being the problem. I was going to check into it as I havent been able to find any mechanical problems. Heres my questions:
The pick up coil is on a two pin connector by itself correct?
It can be replaced by itself correct?
The source coil has to be replaced with the stator correct?
Should the pick up coil resistance change while cranking?
if yes, then it could only be tested off the engine or at what timing settings?
witch one controls the signal for spark with the engine is running?
Thats all my questions for now. Im sure ill have more later.
Thanks, David
